Job Description
Title: Teacher Assistant (5th-6th Grades)
Division: Middle School
Reports to: Instructional Coach
Status: Full-Time, Non-Exempt (Academic Year) CalSTRS Retirement Eligible
Salary Range: $30.53/hr
Summary
The Teacher Assistant supports 5th-6th grade teachers in delivering high-quality educational experiences at our college preparatory charter school. This role provides crucial classroom support, helps manage student behavior, assists with instructional delivery, and contributes to maintaining an environment that fosters academic excellence and character development. Monday through Friday during regular school hours with occasional after-school events
