Our team seeks a Design Thinking Guide and UX Designer to lead the Design Thinking program across the enterprise. This role involves strategy development, facilitation skills, and the ability to coordinate and execute Design Thinking workshops, including creating UX artifacts. As an experienced lead, you should be adept at facilitating in various environments—small and large groups, online, hybrid, and in-person—and possess strong public speaking skills. You should lead with empathy and enthusiasm, monitor attitudes and struggles within sessions, and be ready to pivot as needed.
You thrive in dynamic sessions and are committed to educating and assisting participants. Your passion for user-centric design helps keep groups focused and productive. You create engaging experiences that add value to projects and daily processes. You are a confident communicator, comfortable presenting and advocating your vision to executive stakeholders and diverse groups.
In this role, you will assist with program development, create new workshops, coordinate execution through detailed communication, and track attendance and needs. You will serve as a lead facilitator, deliver outputs and decks to stakeholders, and champion an ambassador program for fellow practitioners to enhance their projects and skills.
