Job summary

Alstom is seeking a TCMS System Engineer in Saint-Bruno, QC. You will deliver engineering solutions for in-service fleets, focusing on safety, reliability, and system enhancements.

You’ll work in a multidisciplinary team, interfacing between Vehicle Engineering and TCMS to ensure compliant, robust designs. The role requires hands-on experience with embedded systems, software modifications, and working in legacy tool environments.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's in Software, Electrical, CS or equivalent.
• OIQ/CEP is a plus.
• Minimum 3 years of relevant work experience.
• Experience in embedded/control systems; ability to read electrical diagrams.

Responsibilities

• Provide technical leadership for TCMS engineering deliverables.
• Validate vehicle modifications against standards and budgets.
• Lead design reviews with internal teams and customers.
• Develop and manage interface requirements across subsystems.
• Coordinate resources and track progress to meet the engineering plan.
• Provide field support and technical guidance to production and procurement.
