We connect as a team at our Team Week experiences four times a year andat our recently established Hub locations - SF Bay Area, NYC Metro Area, NY; Denver, CO; Houston, TX; Calgary, AB; and Toronto, ON.
We are currently seeking candidates located within 60 miles of any of the listed hubs to foster more in-person connections while maintaining our flexible remote culture.
About the Role
The Tax Team Member will be responsible for preparing the company’s federal, state and international corporate and partnership tax workpapers as well as reviewing returns. The Tax Specialist will also assist in the preparation of the tax provision under ASC 740 for the Company’s financial statements, including any return-to-provision adjustments and effective tax rate computation to support the company’s annual audit process. This position will report directly to the Director of Tax and work closely with accounting, legal, and external tax consultants.

The Intersect Tax team is expanding and we are looking to bring in a person to help with the preparation of the tax returns and quarterly provisions. The tax team serves two primary functions for the company : 1) managing the tax compliance and financial reporting and 2) working with project finance and legal on the structuring and analysis of transactions. This provides the tax team with visibility into many aspects of the Company.
