Our team is seeking a Tax Senior to support ongoing tax compliance and advisory work. This role involves preparing and reviewing a variety of personal, corporate, and trust tax filings, participating in compilation engagements, and assisting with tax research and correspondence. About the Role
Reporting to a senior leader, the Tax Senior will work closely with partners and clients to manage a variety of tax and compliance matters. You’ll handle complex personal, corporate, and trust tax filings, participate in compilation engagements, and contribute to research and client advisory work. The firm’s hybrid model allows for a mix of in-office and remote flexibility.

What You’ll Do

  • Prepare and review compilation (NTR) files for owner-managed businesses
  • Complete complex personal, corporate, and trust tax returns
  • Conduct tax research and assist with correspondence and inquiries from tax authorities
  • Support partners in delivering tailored tax planning and advisory solutions
  • Maintain client files and ensure compliance with filing deadlines
  • Collaborate with a small, experienced team to provide high-quality service
What You Bring
  • 3–4 years of experience in public accounting, focused on compilations or tax engagements
  • Strong knowledge of personal and corporate tax compliance
  • Comfortable preparing tax returns using industry-standard tax software
  • Proficiency with working papers software and Microsoft Excel
  • Exceptional organizational and time management skills
  • Clear communication skills and the ability to build strong client relationships
