Our client is a midsized CPA firm with over 250 employees, based in the Southwest. We are seeking a Tax Principal to join their collaborative team. This position can be remote, with occasional travel to Oklahoma City.

Key Responsibilities:

1. Oversee engagement processes from start to finish
2. Expand the client base through business development
3. Mentor and develop tax talent within the organization
4. Provide tax strategy and planning services to clients
5. Participate in yearly bonus programs
