What is the opportunity?
Act as a business analyst (BA) and subject matter expert (SME) on tax initiative projects covering regulations such as FATCA, US IRC Ch. 3/61, CDOT, OECD CRS, US IRC Section 871(m), QI/QDD, and Sections 305(c) and 302.
The CM Tax Operations team initially supported FATCA but now covers a broader range of tax regulations. The BA will analyze these regulations and the team's needs, document business requirements, and outline current and future process flows to ensure compliance and operational effectiveness.
The BA will work closely with the Product Manager, Head of the CM Tax Operations team, and collaborate with other partners across Business Client Services to develop and enhance team capabilities.
