About You:

  • Qualified degree, preferably in a relevant Financial Services discipline.
  • 3+ years’ experience in Financial Services; exposure to FATCA & CRS regulations is a plus but not required.
  • Experience with Citco core systems across Hedge, Private Equity, Real Assets, Corporate Services, Fund accounting, or Investor relations platforms is advantageous.

Your Role:

  • Maintain AEOI data for entities within client structures.
  • Manage daily account holder documentation operations.
  • Support AEOI tax data analysis and XML submission preparation.
  • Provide timely responses to queries, ensuring excellent client service.
  • Stay informed on AEOI regulatory and compliance requirements.
  • Communicate with remote teams, providing updates and escalating issues as needed.
  • Handle local AEOI portal registration, de-registration, communication, and troubleshooting.
  • Research and recommend process improvements to enhance operational efficiency.
