Responsibilities

• Help customers complete their tax returns using TurboTax products, providing guidance and reviewing their filings.
• Use government websites, professional resources, and team expertise to find accurate answers and assist customers effectively.
• Communicate via advanced video tools, documenting interactions for accurate record-keeping.

Qualifications

• Minimum of 2 years of paid professional tax preparation experience.
• Experience with complex personal tax returns and familiarity with relevant forms and credits.
• Excellent customer service skills and ability to interact professionally via video and audio tools.
• Flexible availability for at least 20 hours per week.

Additional Skills

• Experience with business (T2) and Quebec (TP1) tax returns is a plus.
• Strong understanding of tax laws, problem-solving skills, and technical aptitude.

This role is virtual, customer-facing, and offers a competitive salary, performance bonuses, and benefits. The salary range varies by location but generally is between $24.50 and $33.50 per hour.
