What you'll bring

• Minimum of 5+ years of paid professional tax preparation experience and/or recent experience reviewing tax returns prepared by others.
• Possibility to be asked for your CRA RepID to use the CRA Represent a Client service upon onboarding.
• Experience with professional tax software for preparing and reviewing personal tax returns, including complex elements like employment, self-employment, rental income, investments, T1135 forms, foreign income, and various credits and deductions.
• Passion for helping clients and colleagues navigate tax complexities and committed to enhancing our brand by delighting customers and empowering them to prepare their taxes.
• Excellent customer service skills and enthusiasm for interacting via video and audio tools professionally and confidently.
• Willingness and availability to work a flexible schedule of at least 32 hours per week.

Asset Qualifications

• Experience with CRA audits.
• Experience preparing Business Tax (T2) Returns.
• Experience preparing Quebec Tax (TP1) Returns.

Intuit offers a competitive compensation package, including a base pay range of $31 to $42 per hour depending on location, with eligibility for bonuses, equity rewards, and benefits. • Assist our Tax Experts in completing customer contacts and tax return preparations by providing timely and accurate guidance.
• Use government websites, professional resources, and team expertise to find and communicate the right answers to Tax Experts in understandable terms.
• Help customers complete their taxes using TurboTax products, reviewing returns, and managing product inquiries.
• Utilize advanced video communication tools to interact with clients and document interactions for accuracy.
