What you'll bring

• Minimum of 5+ years of paid professional tax preparation experience and/or recent experience reviewing tax returns prepared by others.
• You may be asked to provide your CRA RepID (representative identifier) to enable your use of the CRA Represent a Client service upon onboarding.
• Experience using professional tax software to prepare and file or review personal tax returns, including complex elements such as employment, self-employment, rental income, investments, T1135 forms, foreign income, and various credits and deductions.
• Passion for helping clients and colleagues navigate tax complexities and a commitment to enhancing our brand by delighting customers and empowering them to prepare their taxes.
• Excellent customer service skills and enthusiasm for interacting via video and audio tools in a professional, friendly, and confident manner.
• Willingness and availability to work a flexible schedule with a minimum of 32 hours per week.

Asset Qualifications

• Experience with CRA audits.
• Experience preparing Business Tax (T2) Returns.
• Experience preparing Quebec Tax (TP1) Returns.

Intuit offers a competitive compensation package with performance-based rewards. The base pay range varies by region but generally is between $31 to $42 per hour. This role is eligible for bonuses, equity rewards, and benefits as per company policies.

How you will lead

• Assist our Tax Experts in completing customer contacts and preparing tax returns, providing timely and accurate guidance.
• Use government websites, professional resources, and team expertise to find and communicate the correct information to Tax Experts and clients.
• Help customers complete their taxes using TurboTax, review personal tax returns, and manage product inquiries.
• Utilize advanced video communication tools to interact with clients and document interactions for accurate record-keeping.
