Tango Salon is seeking Full-Time Hairstylists

Position Info:

· Terms of employment: Full-time, Permanent
· Wage: $19.00~$22.00/hour (depending on experience)
· Number of Positions: 2
· Work Location: 101-1619 Store Street, Victoria, BC V8W 3K3
· 5 sick days per year

Job Duties:

1. Recommend hairstyle and determine style from client’s references and instructions
2. Cut, trim, taper, curl, wave, perm, and style hair
3. Apply hair extensions
4. Colour, frost, or streak hair by applying bleach, tints, dyes, or rinses
5. Evaluate client’s hair and scalp conditions and provide treatments accordingly
6. Clean and style hair pieces
7. Shampoo and rinse hair
8. May perform receptionist duties

Job Requirements:

1. Experience: 2~3 years of experience as a hairstylist are required
2. Education: Completion of secondary school is required
