About the Role

This is a role for someone who lives for the thrill of the hunt. You'll be responsible for uncovering hidden talent, making the first connection, and driving candidate interest in high-impact roles across Canada. We're looking for someone who is equal parts detective, connector, and evangelist — and who thrives in a fast-paced, data-driven environment. You'll be rewarded not just for activity, but for results.

What You'll Do

  • Source active and passive candidates using job boards, LinkedIn, resume databases, and creative outreach.
  • Engage candidates with compelling, personalized messages and conversations that get replies.
  • Qualify candidates through screening calls and pass along top talent to recruiters and hiring managers.
  • Track activity and results in our ATS/CRM systems and continuously refine your approach based on data.
  • Collaborate closely with recruiters and hiring managers to understand roles and ideal candidate profiles.
  • Keep up with market trends, compensation insights, and talent intelligence to guide your sourcing strategy.

What You Bring

  • 2+ years of experience in talent sourcing, recruiting, or similar research/outreach roles.
  • Proven success finding and engaging hard-to-reach candidates.
  • Passion for conversations — you like getting people talking and finding common ground fast.
  • Familiarity with tools like LinkedIn Recruiter, Indeed, Chat GPT, Meta, and other sourcing platforms.
  • Agile with technology — you're comfortable using CRMs, ATS platforms, automations, and databases.
  • Competitive spirit and bias for action. You love being measured and compensated based on impact.
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
