Your Role :

As an Investigator, you will address unresolved complaints escalated by our Complaint Resolution Officers. Your analytical skills will be crucial as you review, fact-find, and analyze complaints to determine if service providers meet their obligations. You will consult contracts, terms of service, and relevant Codes of Conduct. Your recommendations will influence the resolution process.

Must-Have Skills :

  • At least 3 years of experience in investigative work, research, or related fields.
  • Minimum 3 years managing complaints within dispute resolution.
  • Completion of a 2-3 year College Diploma in Conflict Resolution, mediation, law, social sciences, political science, psychology, public administration, or equivalent.
  • Experience in conducting investigations, analysis, and presenting findings in writing is advantageous.
  • Excellent verbal and written communication skills (bilingual in French and English preferred).
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office applications.
  • Experience or knowledge of the telecommunications sector is a plus.
