Who We're Looking For:

Junior Business Analysts – 2+ years of experience gathering requirements, analyzing data, and supporting business process improvements.

Intermediate Business Analysts – 5+ years of experience leading business analysis efforts, engaging stakeholders, and driving process efficiencies.

Senior Business Analysts – 10+ years of experience providing strategic business analysis, managing complex projects, and optimizing organizational performance.

Qualifications:

Proven experience as a Business Analyst within the Broader Public Sector (municipal, provincial, or federal government, healthcare, education, etc.).

Strong understanding of business analysis methodologies (BABOK, Agile, Lean, etc.).

Excellent stakeholder engagement and communication skills.

Ability to adapt to evolving business needs and work in a fast-paced environment.

Experience leading and coordinating privacy impact assessment activities and championing it through to approval.
