Job summary

Cohere is hiring an intermediate Talent Partner to help scale our GTM recruiting globally. You will own the end-to-end process, partnering with hiring managers and leaders to design effective recruiting strategies and deliver a world-class candidate experience.

We value resilience, collaboration, and curiosity about AI, NLP, and LLMs. This role is remote-friendly with office options in multiple cities and a strong emphasis on building diverse, high-performing teams.

Qualifications

• 3–5 years of go-to-market, full-cycle recruiting experience building high-growth teams.
• Ability to influence and partner with hiring managers across functions.
• Strong data mindset and experience turning market insights into hiring plans.

Responsibilities

• Own the full lifecycle recruitment process for GTM at Cohere.
• Ensure a world-class candidate experience and streamlined interview process.
• Collaborate with hiring managers to craft effective recruiting strategies.
• Monitor talent market trends to inform hiring decisions and sourcing moves.
• Maintain recruiting funnels and progress in Ashby.
• Source proactively to optimize top of funnel and build diverse pipelines.
• Engage with tech and talent communities and represent the TA team at events.

About the Role

Cohere is in a unique and exciting position to grow our GTM team globally! We are expanding our Talent Team and are looking for a creative, high-performing go-to-market talent partner who is eager to take on a new challenge as we are in the early stages of building the Talent Acquisition function. What You'll Do

As an intermediate Talent Partner for Cohere, you will:

• Own the full lifecycle recruitment process, attracting and recruiting top talent for GTM at Cohere.
• Make sure our candidates have a world-class recruiting experience with us.
• Work with hiring managers and leaders to create effective recruiting strategies.
• Keep us up-to-date with talent market and industry insights so we can make informed decisions.
• Keep track of recruiting funnels in Ashby our ATS, and update the progress regularly.
• Find creative ways to proactively source and recruit candidates to optimize the top of the funnel.
• Build relationships with diverse tech and talent communities.
• Bring in other exciting talent projects and take ownership of them!
• Attend and represent our Talent Acquisition team at industry conferences as well as plan and execute curated networking events.

Who You Are

• 3-5 years of go-to-market, full-cycle recruiting experience scaling high-growth teams (experience at startups is a plus).
• You are a creative problem solver and thrive under pressure. We are a fast-growing scale up and with that comes ambiguity and change.
• You are a natural influencer and enjoy working cross-functionally.
• You love data and take a data-driven approach to your recruiting.
• You are passionate about diversity, community, and ensuring an equitable recruiting process.
• You are naturally curious, with a keen interest in the AI industry, specifically around NLP, LLMs, and cutting-edge research in this space.
