About Us:

ether.fi is a rapidly growing startup in the crypto space with a mission to make it easy for people to save, earn, and spend their crypto. We are a growing team of 25 with ambitious goals to continue our protocol growth (currently $7B+ TVL) and launch a crypto native credit card. Protocol information can be found here.


Position Overview:

We’re seeking a Talent Partner to own and elevate our talent acquisition and people ops strategy. This role is key to scaling ether.fi’s world-class team across all functions. You'll be a partner to our exec team, an advocate for our culture, and a champion for candidate & employee experience. If you are passionate about hiring and retaining top talent in a high-growth environment and love building processes from scratch, this is your opportunity to make a massive impact on a small team.


This role is based in downtown Toronto and in office 4x per week.


What you will do:

  • Own end-to-end recruitment for technical and business roles across our 3 hubs in North America (engineering, product, operations, marketing, and more).
  • Assist in people ops programs like performance management, compensation analysis, benefits, and team morale / off-sites.
  • Partner closely with hiring managers to deeply understand team needs, role requirements, and hiring goals.
  • Source and engage top-tier candidates through creative sourcing strategies.
  • Optimize and scale our hiring process by building recruiting workflows, interview frameworks, and improving candidate experience.
  • Serve as a trusted advisor to leadership, offering market insights, talent mapping, and competitive intel.
  • Champion ether.fi’s values and employer brand in every candidate interaction.
  • Track and analyze recruiting metrics to improve funnel efficiency and quality of hires.

What we are looking for:

  • 5+ years of full-cycle recruiting experience, preferably in high-growth tech or crypto/Web3 environments.
  • Proven success in hiring for both technical (engineering, product) and non-technical (GTM, operations, leadership) roles.
  • Deep understanding of sourcing strategies and familiarity with tools like LinkedIn Recruiter, ATS (e.g., Ashby or similar), and other sourcing platforms.
  • Strong ability to build relationships with hiring managers, influence decisions, and act as a talent advisor.
  • Track record of building or refining scalable recruiting processes.
  • Ability to thrive in a fast-moving, remote-first startup and handle ambiguity with grace.
  • Passion for Web3, crypto, and decentralized technologies or a curiosity to learn.
  • Excellent communication, project management, and organizational skills.

Compensation Range: CA$100K - CA$150K
