What you’ll bring:

  • Three years of experience in full-cycle recruitment, preferably with a mix of internal and agency experience.

  • Strong skills in identifying and attracting talent through various channels and recruitment tools.

  • Proficiency in evaluating candidates and assessing their fit for roles.

  • Strong relationship-building with hiring managers and HR partners.

  • Ability to support the development and implementation of recruitment strategies.

  • Commitment to providing a positive candidate experience.

  • Awareness of talent market trends.

  • Proficiency in using recruitment metrics and tools.

  • Strong interpersonal and communication skills.

  • Dedication to promoting diversity and inclusion.
