The Lenovo Campus Talent Acquisition team is central to bringing Lenovo the expertise we need to compete, grow and transform. To be successful in this role, you will need to have experience in talent acquisition programs and coordination, be scrappy but strategic, and passionate about customers. Here are some of the things you'll be doing in this role:
* Develop and run reports as needed for hiring metrics, compliance, branding and rest of world campus budget (Americas, Europe and Asia Pacific Teams)
* Arrange project related meetings and assist with global operations activities
* Plan, coordinate and attend Campus Talent Acquisition programs and recruitment events (large and small, locally and globally)
* Develop co mmunications/p resentations for delivery to Senior Leadership, HR Partners and Business leaders
* Provide support to our hiring and TA teams in NA with occasional flexibility with work hours to meet needs of teams in other time zones/geograph ies
* Build and maintain positive, effective, and mutually beneficial-wor king alliances within the HR organization
* Manage vendor contracts and relationships with external sourcing and assessment partners
* Interface with appropriate partner organizations (Marketing, Procurement, HRIS, Organizational Development, IT, Benefits, etc.) as needed to research and execute deliverables
* Play integral role in TA compliance and develop excellent working relationship with Lenovo's Inclusion and Legal teams.
* Conduct campus recruitment activities (sourcing, screening, offer management) that support our strategic initiatives
* Identify and qualify tools that help drive improvements in efficacy and efficiency of the recruitment process
Basic Q ualifications:
* At least 1+ year of experience in program/projec t management or event planning in human resources, university relations or recruiting
* Bachelor's degree preferred or equivalent work experience
* Previous HR or Recruiting experience (coordinator, assistant, event or program management)
* Microsoft Office experience, specifically Excel and PowerPoint.
* Ability to work 3:2 Hybrid Schedule (3 days in office and 2 flex)
Preferred Q ualifications:
* Experience working in a fast-paced environment with the ability to multi-task and manage multiple priorities
* Advanced Microsoft Excel and PowerPoint skills
* Strong entrepreneuria l spirit

* Strong presentation and communication skills, both verbal and written.
* Ability to communicate with all levels of management and partner effectively within a global organization.
