We have an exciting opportunity to join our People & Culture team. The Talent Management and Organizational Development Lead plays a crucial role in enhancing the OAGO's people and culture strategy, organizational effectiveness and employee experience. This position will primarily focus on designing, developing, implementing, and evaluating talent management and organizational development initiatives to support the office's strategic goals and foster a high performing, engaged, and adaptive workforce.
As a Talent Management and Organizational Development Lead, you will:

a. Post-secondary education in a discipline pertinent to the position combined with relevant professional experience and affiliations, or an equivalent combination of education and experience.
