Job Description

We are seeking a Talent & Culture Manager to join Invoke's Talent Management & Operations team. In this role, you will contribute to the growth and evolution of our studio through strategic and operational actions. You will oversee talent management, implement standard processes, and lead activities such as recruitment, performance evaluation, team training, and organizational design.

What you'll do
  1. Provide managers with comprehensive HR support, including executive coaching, employee relations, compensation, culture development, organizational design, and HR development.
  2. Mentor and advise managers to effectively address employee issues and concerns.
  3. Lead the local talent acquisition team, managing the recruitment process from needs analysis to onboarding and tracking.
  4. Partner in developing and reinforcing Invoke's corporate culture.
  5. Build talent and culture systems, policies, and programs to support studio growth and performance.
  6. Collaborate with Wizards and Hasbro HR teams on major annual processes.
  7. Promote and define the employer brand.
  8. Ensure an inclusive approach in all studio activities.
What you'll bring
  1. At least 10 years of experience in HR management, HRBP, or recruitment, including 5 years in a game studio environment.
  2. Bachelor's degree, preferably in human resources management, industrial relations, or related fields.
  3. A reputation as a trusted advisor with a results-oriented influence style.
