We’re seeking a talented Production Manager to oversee and optimize our production processes, ensuring top-quality products are delivered to our customers every time.

What You’ll Do :

• Manage and oversee all production operations, ensuring efficiency, quality, and safety
• Lead a dedicated production team, fostering a culture of continuous improvement
• Ensure compliance with health, safety, and quality standards
• Monitor production schedules and implement strategies to meet targets and deadlines
• Optimize production processes, reduce waste, and improve overall operational efficiency
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams like R&D, quality control, and logistics

What We’re Looking For :

• At least 10 years of experience in production management, in the F&B industry
• Strong leadership and team management skills
• In-depth knowledge of food safety standards and manufacturing processes
• Ability to solve problems and make data-driven decisions
• Excellent communication and organizational skills
• A passion for delivering high-quality products in a fast-paced environment
