Overview

At KPMG, you’ll join a team of diverse and dedicated problem solvers, connected by a common cause turning insight into opportunity for clients and communities around the world.

We’re hiring a Talent Attraction Manager to lead our Regions East Campus Recruitment team! In this role, you’ll develop, plan, and execute our campus recruitment strategy across 18 offices in Ontario and Atlantic Canada. You will collaborate with the Regions East Talent Attraction Leader, the National Campus Recruitment team, and business partners across Audit, Tax, and Advisory, while building relationships with external stakeholders at universities and colleges.

What You Will Do

  • Collaborate with cross-functional Talent Attraction and National Centres of Excellence teams to deliver a campus strategy aligned with broader business goals.
  • Implement and execute the national campus recruitment strategy to attract top co-op, intern, and graduate talent across Regions East, integrating our ID&E strategy.
  • Work with leadership to set hiring targets, monitor staffing needs, and report on results.
  • Partner with business leaders across 18 offices to manage the full campus recruitment cycle, ensuring effective communication and client service.
  • Represent KPMG Regions East on campus through engaging programs and events.
  • Manage the full recruitment process (screening, interviewing, selecting, offering, onboarding) within our Applicant Tracking System (ATS).
  • Enhance intern / co-op programs by designing virtual experiences, educating managers, and streamlining processes for a positive student experience.
  • Build relationships with external stakeholders, including career centers and student associations.
  • Stay informed on industry trends and best practices in campus recruitment to improve the student experience.
  • Travel to attend events, sessions, or training as required.

What You Bring To The Role

  • Post-graduate education in HR, Business, or related field.
  • 3+ years of experience in campus recruitment.
  • Strong project management skills, with experience in event planning and managing multiple stakeholders.
  • Confidence in public speaking, facilitating group sessions, and networking.
  • Excellent communication, negotiation, and relationship-building skills with senior leadership.
