A leading company in the financial services industry is seeking a Talent Assessment Manager to enhance their assessment capabilities. This role will involve conducting assessments for senior leaders, delivering feedback, and driving data-driven decision-making within a dynamic team environment. The ideal candidate will possess a Master's degree in I/O Psychology and significant experience in assessment methodologies and leadership development.
The objective of the Talent Strategy team is to future-proof Citi's talent to drive our business outcomes. The team is responsible to drive the Talent strategy for global Citi designing frameworks and initiatives which are delivered in partnership with the TME Strategic Advisors.
The Talent Assessment Manager is an experienced practitioner in talent assessments and psychometric analytics. The role will drive expansion of the assessment capability and further drive the data driven decision making.
