  • Develop consultative partnerships with hiring managers and HR partners to understand hiring needs and execute sourcing and recruiting strategies for key functions including manufacturing, engineering, sales, marketing, R&D, and leadership roles.
  • Gain knowledge of our business to effectively articulate our value proposition and serve as an ambassador of Saint-Gobain Canada through various channels.
  • Perform full-cycle recruiting: sourcing, screening, interviewing, shortlisting qualified candidates, and managing the offer process.
  • Maximize sourcing channels such as networks, diversity channels, social media, university relations, and career fairs.
  • Provide a best-in-class candidate experience through effective communication, relationship building, and process execution.
  • Identify gaps in talent supply and demand, working with stakeholders to address them.
  • Utilize market research techniques for more effective hiring.
  • Evaluate and share your productivity and effectiveness metrics regularly.
  • Follow up with new hires to gather feedback on onboarding.
  • Collaborate on projects like recruitment tools for hiring managers.
