CBI Home Health in Winnipeg is seeking a Talent Acquisition Specialist to lead full life cycle recruitment for Home Health operations nationwide. You will collaborate with HR and operations stakeholders to understand hiring needs and attract top talent across healthcare roles.

This 12-month temporary hybrid role may require travel within Western Canada; you will build relationships with hiring managers, deliver a positive candidate experience, and promote CBI Home Health as an employer of choice.

CBI Home Health is looking to hire a Talent Acquisition Specialistbased out of our office in Winnipeg. This temporary full-time 12-month contract role will be a hybrid position and may require travel within Western Canada, supporting in-person recruitment and networking events.

Salary Range: The salary range for this position is $60,000 - $70,000 per year (The salary offered will depend on several factors such as relevant skills, qualifications, and experience).

What you will do:

Reporting to theSeniorTalent AcquisitionSpecialist, the Talent Acquisition Specialist will lead full life cycle recruitment efforts for our Home Health operationsnationally. In this role, you will work closely with all stakeholders to understand the needs of the business, while collaborating with your HR colleagues and peers toidentifyand attractgreat talent, andultimately deliverthe best client and candidate experience. This is an exceptional opportunity for a resourceful and experienced Talent Acquisition professional who enjoys a challenge, likes diversity in their work, andhas the ability tostrategically source talent at all levels.

• Collaborate with the business and HR/TA leadership team to develop regional recruitment strategies and ensure flawless execution with the support of all stakeholders.
• Plan and lead full life cycle recruiting for roles including Health Care Aides, Nurses (LPN/RN), and other healthcare professionals.
• Develop strong relationships with hiring managers and stakeholders and equip them with the knowledge and tools they need to support the hiring process.
• Provide a consultative approach to talent acquisition – ensure the entire process delivers a positive experience for hiring managers and candidates through effective coaching, planning, communication, and delivery of outcomes.
• Proactively source talent byleveragingsocial media and other online networks toidentifyand attract qualified candidates.
• Screen, interview, andshort listcandidates for hiring managers and ensure all interviews are scheduled accordingly.
• Identify,shareand implement best practices and trends in talent acquisition.
• Provide regular reporting and metrics to allappropriate stakeholders.
• Be a brand ambassador and promote CBI Home Health as an employer of choice.

What you will need to be successful:

• 3+ years of full life cycle talent acquisition experience in a corporate environment
• University degree isrequired, and an HR designation is considered an asset.
• Experience in the Healthcare industry and/or a unionized setting is preferred.
• The ability to build strong relationships with various stakeholders across the organization.
• A collaborative approach to working within a fast-paced environment.
• Proven organization, communication, and presentation skills
