As aTalent Acquisition Specialist, you’ll play a pivotal role in scaling ourSales teamsby identifying, engaging, and hiring top talent who thrive in a fast-pacedSaaS environment. You’ll report to Talent Acquisition Manager. You’ll be the go-to expert for all things recruitment within our Revenue organization, helping shape the future of our salesforce while contributing to a culture of inclusion, performance, and growth. This is a hybrid position, based in Montreal, Canada.

You’ll bring a strategic mindset to sourcing, a passion for candidate experience, and a deep understanding of what makes a great SaaS sales hire. Your ability to communicate fluently in bothFrench and Englishwill be key to building strong relationships across our bilingual teams and candidate pools.


What You’ll Do
  • Own the full-cycle recruitmentprocess for Sales roles - from intake to offer - ensuring a seamless and engaging candidate experience.
  • Partner with hiring managersto understand team needs, define role requirements, and craft compelling job descriptions.
  • Source proactivelyusing creative strategies to attract diverse, high-performing sales talent in the SaaS space.
  • Coach and advisehiring managers on best practices in interviewing, selection, and candidate engagement.
  • Leverage data and insightsto continuously improve hiring efficiency and quality.
  • Champion our employer brandby promoting our culture, values, and growth story across relevant channels.
What you bring
  • 2 - 4 years of experiencein talent acquisition, with a strong focus onSales recruitment.
  • Proven success hiring in aSaaS or tech-driven environment.
  • Bilingual inFrench and English - you’re comfortable switching between languages in interviews, meetings, and written communication.
