As a Talent Acquisition Specialist, you’ll play a pivotal role in scaling our Sales teams by identifying, engaging, and hiring top talent who thrive in a fast-paced SaaS environment. You’ll report to Talent Acquisition Manager. You’ll be the go-to expert for all things recruitment within our Revenue organization, helping shape the future of our salesforce while contributing to a culture of inclusion, performance, and growth. This is a hybrid position, based in Montreal, Canada.
You’ll bring a strategic mindset to sourcing, a passion for candidate experience, and a deep understanding of what makes a great SaaS sales hire. Your ability to communicate fluently in both French and English will be key to building strong relationships across our bilingual teams and candidate pools.
