As a Talent Acquisition Specialist, you’ll play a pivotal role in scaling our Sales teams by identifying, engaging, and hiring top talent who thrive in a fast-paced SaaS environment. You’ll report to Talent Acquisition Manager. You’ll be the go-to expert for all things recruitment within our Revenue organization, helping shape the future of our salesforce while contributing to a culture of inclusion, performance, and growth. This is a hybrid position, based in Montreal, Canada.

You’ll bring a strategic mindset to sourcing, a passion for candidate experience, and a deep understanding of what makes a great SaaS sales hire. Your ability to communicate fluently in both French and English will be key to building strong relationships across our bilingual teams and candidate pools.

What You’ll Do
  • Own the full-cycle recruitment process for Sales roles - from intake to offer - ensuring a seamless and engaging candidate experience.
  • Partner with hiring managers to understand team needs, define role requirements, and craft compelling job descriptions.
  • Source proactively using creative strategies to attract diverse, high-performing sales talent in the SaaS space.
  • Coach and advise hiring managers on best practices in interviewing, selection, and candidate engagement.
  • Leverage data and insights to continuously improve hiring efficiency and quality.
  • Champion our employer brand by promoting our culture, values, and growth story across relevant channels.
What You Bring
  • 2 - 4 years of experience in talent acquisition, with a strong focus on Sales recruitment.
  • Proven success hiring in a SaaS or tech-driven environment.
  • Bilingual in French and English - you’re comfortable switching between languages in interviews, meetings, and written communication.
  • Expertise in LinkedIn Recruiter and other sourcing platforms.
  • A creative and strategic approach to sourcing and candidate engagement.
  • Strong interpersonal skills and a collaborative mindset.
  • A passion for building inclusive teams and elevating the candidate experience.
