Key responsibilities:
  • Manage the entire hiring process from sourcing to extending offers.
  • Proactively identify talent through various channels.
  • Partner with hiring managers to develop recruitment strategies.
  • Communicate effectively with candidates and managers.
  • Maintain accurate ATS data and assist with onboarding activities.
Qualifications:
  • Bachelor's degree preferred.
  • 5+ years of HR experience, preferably in logistics or supply chain.
  • Strong communication, influence, and relationship-building skills.
  • Proficiency in MS Office, especially Excel.
