Key Responsibilities:
  • Manage the entire hiring process, including creating job postings, sourcing candidates, conducting interviews, and extending offers.
  • Proactively identify talent through various channels such as job boards, social media, networking, and career fairs.
  • Partner with hiring managers to understand needs and develop recruitment strategies.
  • Maintain accurate applicant tracking system data and support onboarding activities.
  • Serve as backup for pre-employment background checks and verifications.
Qualifications:
  • Bachelor's degree preferred.
  • At least 1-3 years of professional sourcing and recruitment experience preferred.
  • Experience with HRIS and ATS systems is a plus.
  • Proficiency in MS Office applications, especially Excel, for data analysis.
  • Strong communication, relationship-building, and adaptability skills.
Physical and Other Requirements:

Ability to work in an office setting, stand or sit for extended periods, lift up to 35 lbs, and travel as needed. Normal vision and hearing are required.
