Key Responsibilities:
  • Manage the full hiring process: sourcing, interviewing, extending offers, and onboarding.
  • Proactively identify talent through various channels including job boards, social media, and networking.
  • Partner with hiring managers to develop recruitment strategies.
  • Maintain accurate applicant tracking system data and facilitate candidate communication.
  • Assist with onboarding activities, including background checks and verifications.
Qualifications:
  • Bachelor's degree preferred.
  • At least 1-3 years of recruiting experience preferred.
  • Experience with HRIS and ATS systems is a plus.
  • Proficiency in MS Office, especially Excel, for data analysis.
  • Strong communication, relationship-building, and proactive mindset.
Physical & Other Requirements:

Ability to work in an office setting, with the capacity to stand, sit, lift up to 35 lbs, and communicate effectively. Travel may be required.
