DAC is seeking a Talent Acquisition Specialist (Contract) to lead senior and strategic searches across North America. You will manage staffing, develop recruitment strategies, optimize processes, and engage candidates using social recruiting and various sourcing platforms.

The Talent Acquisition Specialist (Contract) will act as the incumbent within the recruitment team to help drive the vision and execution surrounding all aspects of the talent acquisition function. This individual will provide content expertise for all company-wide staffing efforts, including processes, systems and tools. The role is accountable for managing specific staffing throughout North America. This includes leading senior and strategic searches, and all hiring systems and processes for the company. A critical accountability will center on developing strategies that differentiate the organization from the competition with a focus on new technologies including social recruiting, sourcing platforms, and candidate engagement.

This role requires three in-office days per week. Remote work is not available for this position. Due to the nature of the role and client needs, occasional evening or weekend work may be required.

Salary at DAC is determined by various factors, including but not limited to location, the individual’s particular combination of education, knowledge, skills, competencies, and experience, as well as contract-specific affordability and organizational requirements. The projected total compensation range for this position is starting at $75,000 to $85,000.
