Canadian Helicopters has been operating rotary wing aircraft since 1947 and is the largest helicopter operator in Canada with 20 locations across the country and a fleet of nearly 100 single- and multi-engine aircraft.

Job Description

Reporting to the Human Resources Department, the Talent Acquisition Specialist is responsible for the entire recruitment process for our bases across Canada.

The Talent Acquisition Specialist will be required to:

  • Draft and post job openings.
  • Source qualified candidates in line with the company’s values.
  • Conduct interviews and follow the established recruitment process.
  • Collaborate with hiring managers.
  • Participate in the onboarding of new employees.
  • Be actively involved in the staffing process.
  • Build authentic connections with candidates and present roles realistically.
  • Identify the right profiles for the positions.

Qualifications

  • Minimum of 2 years of experience as a Talent Acquisition Specialist.
  • Ability to manage multiple job openings and recruitment processes simultaneously.
  • Proficiency in using social media platforms for recruitment purposes.
  • Knowledge of the 'SmartRecruiters' platform will be considered an asset.
  • Must be bilingual (written and spoken), to support recruitment across all Canadian regions.

Additional Information

Status: Contractual (6 months, with possible extension)

Location: Les Cèdres, Qc.

Schedule: 37.5 hours, Monday to Friday, 8:00am to 4:30pm.
