POSITION OVERVIEW
Waypoint Insurance is looking for a dynamic and driven Talent Acquisition Specialist to join our growing Human Resources team. In this role, you will lead recruitment efforts for all Auto Insurance roles across the organization and spearhead campus engagement initiatives across Vancouver Island and Mainland BC. Reporting to the Manager of Talent Acquisition, you will serve as a key strategic partner to hiring managers and play an integral role in advancing our recruitment strategy. From developing sourcing plans to building meaningful relationships with educational institutions, your work will directly contribute to Waypoint’s growth and success. This is a hybrid role based in Victoria with the flexibility to work in-office or in-branch based on the needs of the role and/or as required be management. The role involves regular travel throughout Vancouver Island to support branch visits, attend career fairs, and foster relationships with local high schools, colleges, and universities.
