About The Role

We’re seeking an experienced Talent Acquisition Specialist to join our growing People team. This is a full-time, permanent role designed for someone who thrives in a fast-paced environment and is excited to build world-class teams. Reporting to the HR Manager, the Talent Acquisition Specialist will lead full-cycle recruitment efforts across departments, own hiring manager relationships, and play a key role in scaling Moncel’s workforce.

This is a hands-on role for a proactive, organized, and solutions-driven recruitment professional who’s passionate about connecting talent with meaningful opportunities—and ensuring a great experience every step of the way.

What You’ll Do

  • Lead full-cycle recruitment for multiple roles across Moncel’s departments and international teams
  • Partner with hiring managers to define job requirements, align on interview processes, and deliver exceptional talent
  • Develop and execute sourcing strategies using job boards, professional networks, referrals, and proactive outreach
  • Manage and optimize our ATS (Greenhouse) to ensure accuracy, efficiency, and reporting capability
  • Screen resumes, conduct phone screens, and facilitate interview scheduling and candidate communication
  • Coordinate post-interview debriefs and provide guidance to hiring teams in making final selections
  • Support employer branding efforts by crafting engaging job descriptions and sharing Moncel’s story with candidates
  • Assist with onboarding logistics and support a smooth new hire experience
  • Track key hiring metrics (time-to-fill, candidate satisfaction, etc.) to drive data-informed decisions and process improvements

What You Have

  • Excellent prioritization skills, writing, and oral communication skills are required
  • Strong initiative and problem-solving skills with sound professional judgment
  • Organized and self-motivated with the ability to manage competing priorities
  • Comfortable working in a remote-first, collaborative team environment
  • Adept at building relationships and working cross-functionally with multiple stakeholders
  • Curious, adaptable, and eager to contribute to improving processes and candidate experiences

Your Qualifications

  • 3-5 years of experience in a talent acquisition or recruitment role
  • Experience managing full-cycle recruitment, from sourcing through offer and onboarding
  • Familiarity with Applicant Tracking Systems (preferably Greenhouse) and resume databases
  • Proficient in sourcing via LinkedIn Recruiter, job boards, and direct outreach strategies
  • Exposure to recruitment metrics and using data to guide hiring decisions
  • Previous experience in a high-volume, fast-paced hiring environment preferred
