What You’ll Do:
Manage full-cycle recruitment for clinics in Toronto, Oakville, Muskoka, and Collingwood.
Design and implement innovative recruitment strategies, including alternative sourcing channels.
Partner with hiring managers to proactively identify talent needs and build a strong talent pipeline.
Lead talent branding campaigns, measure success through analytics, and provide updates to leadership.
Conduct candidate evaluations, schedule and coordinate interviews, and ensure timely communication with candidates.
Lead campus recruitment programs and early career initiatives.
Build partnerships with colleges and universities to access their talent pools.
Measure, track, and report recruitment activities and performance against defined metrics.
Deliver best-in-class candidate experiences and client journey roadmaps.
What You’ll Need:
Post-secondary degree/diploma in Human Resources or a related discipline.
2-4 years of experience as a Talent Acquisition Specialist, with experience in both agency and corporate environments involving high-volume recruitment.
This is a full-time 12-month contract position working 40 hours per week based on business needs between regular office hours Monday – Friday 9:00 AM - 5:30 PM. Our downtown Toronto clinic is conveniently located at 150 York Street, which is nearby St. Andrew station or a 10-minute walk from Union Station!
