Job summary

Valnet is seeking a Talent Acquisition Specialist to ensure new hires meet quality standards and to serve as the go-to resource for editorial teams. You will provide feedback on recruiting standards under the Portfolio Manager and help ensure contributors feel connected and motivated to contribute.

Based on-site in Montreal, you will collaborate with operations and editorial leaders to support a fast-paced, meritocratic environment that rewards achievement.

Are you highly motivated and dedicated to developing great results, as well as mentoring talent? If so, then you're going to fit right in. Under the supervision of your Portfolio Manager, you will provide feedback on current recruiting standards. Most importantly, you will ensure our operators feel connected and eager to contribute.
