Job Description

As a Talent Acquisition Specialist, you will support the strategy to identify, attract, and onboard top talent to efficiently and effectively meet our dynamic business needs.

Responsibilities

1. Support a national recruitment strategy focused on attraction of top talent through recruitment initiatives, events, and sponsorship opportunities.
2. Partner with business leaders and corporate teams to understand business requirements and strategy for future talent.
3. Build relationships with colleges and universities to develop a strong intern and grad pipeline.
4. Coordinate and execute all tasks related to logistics and administration of the program.
5. Identify and implement process improvement opportunities.
6. Determine KPIs and manage tracking and reporting on all programs.
7. Update and/or launch recruitment presence on social media platforms.
8. Support onboarding program and milestones in the Leadership Program.
9. Other tasks/projects as needed.

Qualifications

1. Related degree required – HR, Learning & Development, Organizational Development.
2. Minimum 5 years’ experience with talent management.
3. Excellent program management and analytical skills.
4. A strong communicator with strong influencing skills, with the ability to work with people at all levels.
5. Creative spirit, flexibility, teamwork, ability to work under pressure and meet tight deadlines.
6. Being agile and ability to adjust and be resilient towards change.
7. Seek to understand, be curious, looking for ways to improve and enhance the program.
8. Experience creating social media content.
9. Fluency in French and English both oral and written.
10. Programming experience is an asset.
11. Advanced/expert level in Microsoft Excel and PowerPoint.
