How will you contribute to our success as a talent acquisition specialist?
• Act as an employer brand ambassador and enhance its visibility through various events and strategies.
• Manage the full recruitment process across Canada, the U.S., and Australia (crew and office staff) in collaboration with HR and operational teams.
• Optimize recruitment processes and tools (interviews, onboarding) to ensure a seamless and engaging candidate experience.
• Develop a talent network by building relationships with schools, universities, and professional platforms (LinkedIn, social media, Indeed).
• Design and implement innovative recruitment strategies to attract top talent.
• Actively participate in talent acquisition projects and continuous improvement initiatives.
• Represent the company at job fairs, recruitment events, and academic meetings in Canada and internationally.
• Work closely with Canadian and U.S. teams to align strategies and optimize recruitment processes.
• Develop and maintain partnerships with schools and universities to recruit and train the next generation of talent.
• Manage the full recruitment and onboarding process for interns and cadets (offers, administrative documents, training, ship or office assignments).
• Participate in career fairs and student forums to promote career opportunities within the company
The skills you will bring to our team:
• 1 to 3 years of experience in recruitment and internship program management.
• Strong verbal and written communication skills.
• Bilingual in French and English, with excellent written and oral communication skills.
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office tools and ideally an ATS.
• Autonomy, rigor, organizational skills, and excellent interpersonal skills.
• Availability for national and international travel.

Knowledge of English is necessary for this role due to daily interactions with colleagues, clients and partners who are mainly located outside Quebec and in order to understand regulatory requirements and technical instructions and specifications.
