Position Overview

We are seeking a talented Talent Acquisition Specialist to promote the Alberici brand and ensure an exceptional candidate experience. You will manage full-cycle recruitment from posting jobs to onboarding new employees. The ideal candidate will develop effective recruitment marketing strategies to attract and retain top talent.

This position is based in our Burlington office, with a hybrid work model available after six months of employment.

Primary Responsibilities

  • Manage the complete recruitment cycle, including job postings and onboarding.
  • Serve as the main contact for candidates, providing a personalized recruitment experience.
  • Coordinate with hiring managers and manage applicants using UKG.
  • Schedule assessments and prepare offer letters.
  • Handle onboarding processes, including preparing new hire kits and entry forms.
  • Conduct new hire HR orientations.
  • Manage and participate in career fairs and recruitment events.
  • Build partnerships with educational institutions, recruiters, and staffing agencies.
  • Develop and review job descriptions to accurately reflect role requirements.
  • Maintain confidential employee records and personnel files.

Qualifications

  • Bachelor's degree or diploma in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field, or equivalent experience.
  • 3-5 years of recruitment experience, preferably in the construction industry, with at least 2 years managing all recruitment phases.
  • Exceptional organizational and communication skills.
  • Experience with Applicant Tracking Systems, HRIS, and sourcing platforms like LinkedIn Recruiter.
  • Ability to adapt, manage pressure, handle priorities, and meet deadlines.
  • Strong collaboration, engagement, and customer service skills.
  • Discretion and confidentiality are essential.
