As the Talent Acquisition Sourcer, you will identify, engage, and build relationships with high-caliber candidates for niche and strategic positions. As a key member of the recruitment team, you will take the lead in developing proactive, tailored sourcing strategies to meet the organization's evolving hiring needs.
Location : You will be based in our Toronto or Montreal office and will work in a Hybrid model.
Reporting Relationship : You will report to the Senior Manager, Talent Acquisition.
Your Moneris Career - What you'll do
Design and execute customized, data-driven sourcing strategies aimed at attracting top-tier candidates. This will involve deep market research and a creative approach to targeting hard-to-find professionals for critical roles.
Partner closely with the Talent Attraction and Employer Brand Manager to develop and implement targeted campaigns that resonate with high-quality candidates. Collaborate in crafting compelling job postings, outreach and strategies that align with the firm's culture and recruitment needs. Represent Moneris at job fairs and other recruitment events, engaging with potential talent and promoting Moneris' employer brand.
Engage early with candidates, providing them with a personalized experience that aligns with the firm's values and hiring criteria. Work collaboratively with the recruitment team to pre-screen candidates and ensure a strong match with the position's requirements.
Utilize Workday and other relevant tools to track candidate progress, manage pipelines, and provide regular updates on sourcing activities. Report key metrics and outcomes to recruitment stakeholders, ensuring alignment with broader talent acquisition goals.
Continuously assess and refine sourcing processes to improve efficiency and candidate engagement, contributing to the overall enhancement of the recruitment strategy.
Your Moneris Career - What you bring
5+ years of experience in leading sourcing, setting and executing strategy, and with a focus on difficult-to-fill positions within the technology, product, and sales sectors.
Proven success in developing and executing proactive sourcing strategies that drive the recruitment of high-quality candidates.
Fluent in English (reading, writing, and verbal).
A strong understanding of tech, product, and sales roles, translated into sourcing strategies to meet diverse hiring needs.
Experience building drip recruitment marketing campaigns and measuring success through data analysis.
A demonstrated ability to work effectively in cross-functional teams, particularly with talent attraction and employer branding teams.

Previous experience in the payment industry considered an asset.
Bilingualism in English and French is considered an asset.
