Reporting to the Talent Acquisition Services Team Lead, the primary role of the incumbent is to coordinate administrative activities to effectively onboard candidates to Stantec. The TA Representative will partner with TA Consultants and HR Business Partners to understand workforce planning initiatives within the regions, as well as coordinate with candidates and internal stakeholders throughout the pre-hire and onboarding process. Flexibility is essential as workload may vary to support changing business needs.
This role involves typical office work, primarily working with computers and remaining sedentary for long periods.
