Here's how a Talent Acquisition Programs Coordinatorfor our Edmonton NAHQoffice contributes to our team:

Responsibilities
  • Collaborates with other TA and HR subject matter experts to support implementation of best practices, processes, programs, technology, marketing campaigns, sourcing strategies, DEI outreach, and other initiatives.
  • Supports the design and delivery of enterprise-wide recruitment and onboarding strategies by assisting in the development of engaging training materials and process documentation.
  • Researches, collects and analysis data and information from multiple internal and external sources to generate reports and assist in new program implementations.
  • Coordinate the upkeep of internal documentation and process trackers, contributing to the smooth operation of TA programs and compliance with internal standards.
  • Craft compelling written content including award submissions, executive summaries, and internal communications that align with organizational goals and brand voice.
  • Perform recurring administrative tasks with a focus on efficiency, attention to detail, and process improvement.
  • Stay informed of TA innovations, advancements, and labor market trends.
  • Other duties as required.
Qualifications
  • Postsecondary diploma or degree in human resources or a related discipline or equivalent experience; working towards relevant designation preferred.
  • 2 – 5 years of related recruitment or talent acquisition experience.
  • Demonstrated ability to build relationships and partner with internal and external stakeholders.
  • Experience supporting enterprise-wide recruitment programs, campaigns, and strategies.
  • Experience with key social recruiting platforms, TA technologies, and Microsoft Office (For example: LinkedIn, Indeed, Glassdoor, SAP SuccessFactors, Predictive Index, SharePoint, PowerPoint, Excel, etc.)
  • Strong organizational skills and high level of detail orientation required to maintain all necessary documentation.
  • General knowledge of applicable federal, state, provincial, and local regulations.
  • Flexible and adaptable team player who can solve problems, think through challenges, identify best practices and then make recommendations, or brainstorm solutions accordingly.
  • Ability to manage administrative processes to support strategic TA initiatives.
  • Excellent written & verbal communication.
