We're looking for an experienced Talent Acquisition Partner to own Product & Engineering recruiting initiatives across technical teams in our North America offices. You will partner closely with hiring partners and your Talent Acquisition peers across global offices on all aspects of the hiring strategy, owning full-cycle recruiting efforts and ensuring every hire is as exceptional as the last. We take pride in the craft of building this amazing team and that's where you come in!

This role is based in our Vancouver office with an office-centric hybrid schedule. The standard in-office days are Monday, Tuesday, and Thursday. Most Asanas have the option to work from home on Wednesdays. Working from home on Fridays depends on the type of work you do and the teams with which you partner. What you’ll achieve
  • Design and execute the recruiting strategy for technical teams across Vancouver and San Francisco to continuously attract, engage, and hire top talent
  • Serve as a strategic hiring expert and partner for your team, hiring stakeholders, and office
  • Advise hiring teams on strategies that address talent gaps and future talent needs
  • Build high trust relationships with hiring partners and become an expert on the strategy, objectives, and needs of the teams you work with
  • Source passive and active candidates through social platforms, online databases, referrals, events, and relevant networks to build a consistent pipeline of candidates
  • Provide an exceptional candidate experience from application to offer, acting as a candidate advisor throughout the hiring process
  • Develop and leverage metrics to inform decisions and optimize processes
About you
  • Full-cycle technical recruiting experience, ideally in-house at a tech company
  • Experience recruiting full stack generalist engineers is preferred
  • Belief that recruiting is a partnership and that you serve as an extension of and partner to your hiring teams; not an "order-taker"
  • Comfortable with ambiguity; can create order out of uncertainty
  • Demonstrated excellence and passion for candidate experience at each step of the recruiting process
  • Experience with and appreciation for proactive candidate cultivation and relationship building with passive candidates over time
  • Detail-oriented in approach to all tasks, whether mundane or mission critical
  • Sense of urgency and ability to move quickly
  • Analytical and data-driven

Our comprehensive compensation package plays a big part in how we recognize you for the impact you have on our path to achieving our mission. We believe that compensation should be reflective of the value you create relative to the market value of your role. To ensure pay is fair and not impacted by biases, we're committed to looking at market value which is why we check ourselves and conduct a yearly pay equity audit.

For this role, the estimated base salary range is between $111,000 - $141,000 CAD. The actual base salary will vary based on various factors, including market and individual qualifications objectively assessed during the interview process. The listed range above is a guideline, and the base salary range for this role may be modified.

In addition to base salary, your compensation package may include additional components such as equity, sales incentive pay (for most sales roles), and benefits.
