This role blends traditional recruiting duties with a focus on creating an outstanding candidate journey—from application to onboarding—ensuring alignment with the company’s culture, values, and work environment. The Talent Acquisition Partner will also oversee onboarding training, employee engagement initiatives, and build strong talent pipelines through partnerships with schools, training programs, and other external sources.
