Who We're Looking For

We’re growing fast and looking for a passionate, hardworking, and results-oriented Talent Acquisition Partner to join our #clever team. As the face of our company to candidates, you’ll lead first impressions—ensuring every touchpoint reflects our culture and values. You'll drive daily outreach, engage top-tier talent, and continuously evolve how we recruit.

The core purpose of this role is to recruit for all open positions on time by generating a high volume of qualified candidates through outreach and continuous improvements to our recruiting strategy.

Please note: This role is a full-time, 1-year contract with the possibility of extension. It also requires a visit to our Vaughan office once every one to two months.

What You'll Do

Talent Acquisition & Experience

  • Actively source candidates using LinkedIn Recruiter, referral programs, job boards and niche communities to build a strong pipeline of potential talent.
  • Review candidate applications and conduct initial interviews
  • Serve as the main point of contact for candidates, ensuring a smooth, communicative, and positive experience from start to finish.

Recruitment Strategy & Branding

  • Collaborate with hiring managers to understand hiring needs and craft compelling job descriptions.
  • Facilitate weekly check-ins with hiring managers to review the status of the candidate pipeline, discuss recruitment progress, and address any evolving needs or challenges.
  • Lead and assist recruitment strategies aligned with our goals such as building an outbound/outreach method and deploying process improvement to hire faster and better.

Systems & Reporting

  • Maintain and optimize our ATS (Pinpoint) for efficiency and accuracy.
  • Approach systems and reporting with a continuous improvement mindset - always searching for opportunities to strengthen, grow and streamline our processes.
  • Conduct reporting to measure recruitment success and provide actionable insights; provide weekly, monthly and quarterly insights into KPIs to the leadership team.

What We're Looking For

  • 3+ years experience in a role focused on Recruitment, preferably in a staffing firm environment
  • Post-secondary education in Human Resources, Psychology, Business Administration, or a related field
  • Experience using an Applicant Tracking System (ATS) to manage recruitment workflows.
  • Strong organizational and time management skills, with the ability to thrive in a fast-paced environment and manage competing priorities effectively
  • Proven experience in making impactful process improvements, introducing new and innovative approaches to recruitment, hiring and candidate experience.
  • Strong communication skills with a client service mindset to ensure a positive candidate experience.
  • Experience using AI tools or platforms to streamline and enhance recruitment processes (e.g., sourcing, screening, or candidate engagement) is a plus.
