An innovative company is seeking a dynamic Talent Acquisition Partner to lead recruitment efforts for its Go to Market & Operations teams. This role offers the opportunity to manage the full-cycle recruiting process, ensuring a positive candidate experience while collaborating with hiring managers. You will be part of a supportive and diverse Talent Acquisition team, contributing to impactful hiring initiatives. We’re seeking a full-time Talent Acquisition Partner (6-month contract) based in Montreal to drive hiring efforts for our Go to Market & Operations teams. You will own the recruitment process from the time a role is approved until the new Lightspeeder has started, ensuring a great candidate experience while being a strategic partner to the Go to Market organization in North America. Sales recruitment experience is an essential requirement.
