We are seeking a dynamic and strategic Talent Acquisition Partner to join our growing team. In this role, you will serve as a trusted advisor to hiring managers, driving full-cycle recruitment efforts to attract top-tier talent across the organization. With a strong focus on relationship-building, market insight, and candidate experience, you will play a key role in shaping our workforce and supporting our long-term business goals. What You’ll Do
- Partner with business leaders and hiring managers to understand workforce needs and develop tailored recruitment strategies.
- Manage full-cycle recruitment for a variety of roles, from intake to offer, ensuring a seamless and positive candidate experience.
- Source and engage passive candidates through innovative sourcing techniques, including social media, networking, and talent mapping.
- Work with hiring managers to ensure job requirements and expectations are clearly understood and candidates are assessed via the appropriate criteria
- Provide market insights and data-driven recommendations to influence hiring decisions and workforce planning.
- Build and maintain a strong talent pipeline for current and future hiring needs.
- Champion diversity, equity, and inclusion throughout the recruitment process.
- Collaborate with HR and business stakeholders to continuously improve hiring processes and tools.
- Track and report on key recruitment metrics to measure success and identify areas for improvement.
What You’ll Bring
- 5+ years of experience in talent acquisition, preferably in a fast-paced or high-growth environment.
- Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business, or a related field (or equivalent experience).
- Proven success in full-cycle recruitment across a range of functions and levels.
- Strong sourcing skills and familiarity with tools such as LinkedIn Recruiter, and ATS platforms.
- Excellent interpersonal and communication skills, with the ability to influence and build trust with stakeholders.
- Data-driven mindset with the ability to analyze metrics and translate insights into action.
- Passion for delivering exceptional candidate and hiring manager experiences.
- Bilingualism in English and French would be considered an asset
