Bilingual Recruiting Specialist – Permanent Full-Time Role

The Bilingual Recruiting Specialist will work with various clients across Canada. We seek proactive individuals who can combine an assertive sales approach with a solid understanding of the Internet, social media, and technology. The ideal candidate is eager to succeed in a dynamic, fast-paced environment.

Responsibilities:

  1. Develop collaborative relationships with hiring managers and potential candidates.
  2. Understand the candidate profiles required for supported programs within Acosta.
  3. Represent and promote Acosta’s brand and image in every interaction.
  4. Proactively seek new sources of candidates.
  5. Innovate ways to connect with target talent pools.
  6. Conduct phone interviews with candidates.
  7. Manage candidate profiles in Taleo.
  8. Build and maintain a pool of suitable candidates for supported programs.
  9. Complete tasks within designated timeframes.
  10. Respond to urgent staffing requirements effectively.
  11. Perform other duties as assigned.

Qualifications:

  • Bilingual in English and French (written and verbal)
  • One to two years of recruiting experience preferred
  • Experience in retail sales, call centers, customer service, or outside sales is desirable
  • Event or promotional experience is a plus
  • Knowledge of employment laws and recruiting best practices
  • Outgoing, enthusiastic, and energetic personality
  • Excellent communication skills, detail-oriented, and articulate
  • Goal-oriented and customer service focused
  • Comfortable with cold calling and engaging with new people
  • Proficient with Internet search engines and social media
  • Working knowledge of Microsoft Office Suite
  • Ability to multitask and prioritize to meet deadlines
