Position overview

We’ve grown from a team of 35 to 75 in just a year — and we’re not slowing down. As we scale, we’re looking for a Talent Acquisition Partner who’s as excited about people as we are about product. And you won’t be doing it solo! You’ll be joining forces with another awesome Talent Acquisition Partner (JP ), working side by side to bring in the best and brightest talent Montreal has to offer.

Key responsibilities

  • Manage the full recruitment cycle for technical and non-technical roles, becoming a Stay22 ambassador for our candidates.
  • Actively source candidates through platforms like LinkedIn, social media, and niche online communities.
  • Conduct insightful screening interviews and assessments to evaluate skills, cultural fit, and growth potential.
  • Develop creative, scalable strategies to attract top talent across tech and non-tech roles.
  • Work hand-in-hand with our hiring managers, guiding them through every step of the recruitment process so they can focus on what they do best — driving impact and achieving their goals.
  • Foster best class experiences for candidates and hiring managers.
  • Become a key advocate of our automation and function productization journey, making sure our ATS and other AI-driven tools work like a dream – optimizing them and making sure candidates and hiring managers get the most out of them.
  • Own recruitment reporting and KPIs, using data to help us make smart decisions and track our success.
  • Collaborate with Talent Acquisition, Marketing and HR to shape our EVP and bring our employer brand to life.
  • Contribute to recruitment campaigns, career page improvements, and identify high-impact opportunities to boost visibility.
  • Proactively ensure a strategic watch of best practices in recruitment, to ensure we are constantly on top of the competition.

Requirements

  • 3-5 years of experience in talent acquisition, with at least 2 years focused on technical roles.
  • Experience working in fast-paced, tech-driven environments or agency settings.
  • Strong communications skills in both French and English.
  • Ability to balance volume with quality, ensuring a consistent flow of best class candidates
  • Extensive network with key candidates in the Montreal tech market.
  • Data-driven mindset and ability to drive decisions and actions with KPIs.
  • Proactive, results-oriented, people-driven.
  • Tech-savvy with strong experience working with ATS (such as Ashby), LinkedIn RSC, and AI-driven tools.
